Capo Boss

Capo Padrino

Capo Naturale
The Capo Naturale is not only a Fair Trade Certified but also Organic Certified blend. Honcho sources these beans from a small scale farm that is dedicated to the quality of its products. Working with smaller farms encourages financial stabilities for rural communities at the source. In addition to working toward financial stability among farming communities, the Fair Trade Certification works alongside the World Land Trust to promote protection of the rainforest and other coffee farming environments in South America.
Capo Ricco
Capo Ricco is our wild blend and combines high quality beans from Colombia, Ethiopia and India. As black coffee this blend presents a deep body with brown sugar sweetness. Add a dash of milk or as a full blown latte, the Capo Ricco brings out caramel flavours with a soft vanilla finish that lingers.
Capo Speciale
Our Capo Speciale line is our single origin line. Single Origins are coffees hailing from a single region rather than a blend of coffees from multiple regions. The Capo Speciale coffees are for the discerning coffee drinker that loves to taste the world and track the flavours they experience. As we only source highly rated single origin beans and because coffee is a constantly shifted landscape, this line of single origin coffees is constantly changing depending on the size of the lots. These beans are unique and often farmed in small lots called microlots form individual farmers and so the availability is variable.
Capo Decaf
Last but not least, we always offer our Capo Decaf for folks who love coffee but can’t kick it with the caffeine. Our caffeine free blend is premium coffee grown and decaffeinated in Mexico using the Mexican Mountain Water Process. Absolutely no chemicals are involved in the decaffeination process so your decaffeinated coffee is safe and chemical-free!
