In general, unopened goods can be returned for a full refund as long as they are fit for resale.

Honcho Coffee Supplies reserves the right to charge re-stocking fees and delivery fees on a case by case basis.

Honcho Coffee Supplies will comply with Australian Consumer Law and issues refunds for services provided that meet the “What is a Major Problem” outlined HERE as long as Honcho Coffee Supplies is given the appropriate time to repair or replace the faulty product via the methods already listed.
