The Lelit Bianca V3 (PL162T) is an espresso machine without compromises, with E61 group, manual control of the water flow and dual boiler. It gives the espresso enthusiast control over the brew temperature and pressure.
- Economy mode: steam boiler off to save power
- Standby mode: coffee boiler off, steam boiler 80 degrees to save power
- Reserve mode: if the water tank gets low during an espresso shot the machine will continue to dispense the shot and then display a “fill water tank” warning (rather than stopping part way through the espresso shot)

Thermal Control
The Lelit Bianca is one of the most popular espresso machines on the market today. Its dual boilers and PID controls ensure that you can set your desired boiler temperature with accuracy. The V3 version of this machine heats up more quickly than its predecessors, so you can start enjoying your coffee sooner in the morning.
Water Flow Control
One of the most exciting features of the Bianca V3 is its ability to control water flow. This allows you to experiment and discover new flavour profiles.
Electronically, you can set the low flow at the beginning as pre-infusion or at end of the extraction, or both. When controlling the flow manually with the paddle, keep an eye on the pressure gauge on top of the group. The Bianca also eliminates the risk of running out of water during extraction with its Reserve mode, which is automatically activated when you run out of water in the tank.
User Experience
The Lelit Bianca is a great choice if you’re looking for a coffee maker that’s both functional and enjoyable to use. For starters, it has an anti-burn steam wand with two-hole and four-hole nozzles. It also has an energy-saving mode that switches off after 30 minutes of inactivity. The nominal tamper size for this machine is 58mm, however you will get the best fit in your machine’s basket by purchasing a 58.55mm PreciseFit tamper.
