The latest addition to Victoria Arduino, the Eagle One Prima Home Espresso Machine, upholds their unwavering commitment to excellence. Crafted to the same exacting standards as their commercial counterparts, this innovation brings the forefront of Espresso brewing into the home, promising an exhilarating and entirely fresh espresso brewing encounter.

Innovative Strides in Sustainability

At the core of the E1 Prima lies the NEO system (New Engine Optimisation), transforming the heart of the machine – its water heating boilers. Leveraging this technology, water rapidly heats in under 8 minutes from cold, ensuring both high performance and consistent brewing temperatures, all while enhancing energy efficiency. The compact stainless steel boilers, thought smaller in volume, are thermally insulated to prevent heat and energy dispersion, thus contributing to reduced energy consumption.

Espresso Extraction with the E1 Prima

Employing standard-sized commercial portafilters and filter baskets, combined with volumetric brewing programs, guarantees the optimal ratios for the most delectable espressos. The Ghost display, positioned at an ideal angle for the barista, showcases three intuitive brew buttons. During a shot, a shot timer brightly illuminates the LED display and gently fades away when not in use.

Milk Steaming on the E1 Prima

The Prima’s Steam-by-Wire introduces an electronic lever mechanism for dispensing steam. Unlike the traditional manual taps, this mechanism offers precise control over steam release, achieving pressures up to 2.5 bar with enhanced power and speed ratios. The Prima ensures the production of high-quality dry and saturated steam. Complementing this performance is the Cool-touch Steam Wands, striking the perfect balance between performance and reliability.

Features of the Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima COFFEE MACHINE:
